Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. Twilight coverage is available with Premium, Complete, and Custom packages. These sessions create dramatic, eye-catching visuals that elevate your listing.
Are drone photos and videos included?
All packages include aerial/drone photos. Video is available in short, extended, or complete versions depending on the package. We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for all aerial operations.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours. Next-business-day delivery by noon is available with our Rush Editing add-on.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel within major New Mexico markets — Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, and the East Mountains — is included. A small travel fee may apply for long-distance or rural areas.

We photograph homes, condos, luxury estates, Airbnb rentals, commercial properties, ranches, and vacant land. 360° tours and floor plans are available for most listings.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
New Mexico weather can shift quickly. Shoots can be rescheduled at no additional cost due to unsafe flying conditions, heavy winds, or storms.
Are you insured?
Yes. Estate Visions Photo & Drone is fully insured, and all drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations.
